Tony Mogelson has just put up a show of his most recent artwork at Creative Electric Studios. He is sharing the space with two of our old friends Mike Brady and Brock Davis in a show that happens to be a sequel to their much talked about inaugural Creative Electric throwdown from four years back. "Tenderness 2" must be seen to believe. Serious creative juices from the masters themselves!

ALL MUSIC recently posted a great review of the new record!
"Despite the minor cosmetic alterations, what you basically get on Deliver Us from People is more of the same brilliantly smart and tuneful indie pop/rock as on past albums. Just with more energy and a bit more passion. As a fan of indie pop/rock in 2007, you can't do any better than Walker Kong."

Wassup rockers? Just because we don't tour extensively (if at all)
doesn't mean we don't get out. Here we are in Central Park the day
after our show at the NYC Popfest- keyboardist Kim Ha took thisdoesn't mean we don't get out. Here we are in Central Park the day

The New Album Out March 27th!
WALKER KONG- DELIVER US FROM PEOPLE
Over the past seven years the Minneapolis based pop group WALKER KONG have been making believers out of skeptics with their blend of raw and infectious pop music. Their latest record, DELIVER US FROM PEOPLE, brilliantly captures the bands live shambolic glory while continuing to integrate the highly reflective sound present on their two previous full-length albums. Exploring the relationship between animals and humans in modern times, DELIVER US FROM PEOPLE is nothing less than a rave up brimming with eternal love, fatal sacrifice and the wonderful tragedy of symbiosis. The record will be released by Portland, Oregon based pop label Magic Marker Records (The Bats, Boat, The Owls) on March 27th. The group is in the process of booking shows to promote the new album so please check the "Upcoming Shows" box for updates.
